Atallo, a male officer, held the rank of Lieutenant within the Telos Security Force in the era after the Jedi Civil War. He was in charge of Urban 38-3, the Czerka landing bay, located on Citadel Station. Atallo exploited his authority to conceal Czerka's unlawful arms dealing operations on the station. Following a request from TSF Lieutenant Yima, Meetra Surik engaged with Atallo, successfully persuading him to surrender. However, before Atallo could provide his confession, he was assassinated by members of the Czerka Security Division.
Originally, Atallo was featured in a secondary quest within Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, named "Yima's Suspicion." In this quest, the player, controlling Meetra Surik, had the option to assist Yima in exposing Atallo's offenses, giving Surik the choice to either convince him to confess or to use blackmail against him. Irrespective of Surik's choice, Atallo's life would be ended by the Czerka Security Division following the player's encounter with him.
Similar to numerous other elements in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, this particular sidequest was ultimately removed from the game's final version. Consequently, Surik never meets either Yima or Atallo within the game itself, although TSF Lieutenant Dol Grenn does make a reference to the former. Nevertheless, the journal entries associated with the sidequest, along with the conversation with Yima where she mentions Atallo, remain accessible within the game's dialog files.
The Sith Lords Restoration Project will not include the sidequest that involves both Yima and Atallo.
