Azbrian

Azbrian, an agricultural world characterized by its vast plains and grasslands, was home to numerous farms dedicated to raising the eight-legged dray beasts. Among these farms was one belonging to Condren Foreck, a possible romantic interest for Lando Calrissian. During the Yuuzhan Vong War, it served in a limited capacity as a station for the New Republic/Galactic Alliance. Following the conflict, the Galactic Alliance relinquished the base. Before the war's conclusion, it was never affiliated with the Alliance. The planet's Prime Minister opted to become a member of the Alliance, dispatching two senators to the Galactic Alliance Senate on Coruscant. The world proved to be strategically important during the Second Galactic Civil War.
