Babs Tarr

Babs Tarr, the professional name of comic book artist Barbara Tarr (born November 12), is an American artist. Tarr created a variant cover for the first issue of the Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters comic-book miniseries for Star Wars, celebrating Pride Month. It was announced on March 18, 2021 that she would be creating a variant cover, and the finished piece, featuring the archaeologist Chelli Lona Aphra, was revealed on StarWars.com on May 7 of the same year. Ethan Sacks wrote the comic, which was published by Marvel Comics on June 2, 2021. She has also created fanart depicting Resistance leaders Poe Dameron and Finn, expressing her belief that both "beloved starboys" deserved a better fate.
