Negotiated and formalized through signatures by Imperial Governor Wilek Nereus and Leia Organa, this agreement enabled the Alliance aid fleet and Bakura's defensive forces to work together in opposition to the Ssi-ruuk incursion. Nevertheless, Nereus violated the terms of the truce by commanding the Dominant to direct its weaponry toward the Alliance's primary vessel, the Flurry.
