On the periphery of The Slice, the system held the planet Baros, the native world of the Brubb species. Bari served as its central star. In the course of the Galactic War against the reconstituted Sith Empire, the Galactic Republic launched an attack against Darth Ordrem's Imperial troops stationed in the Baros system.
