The clash at Koban Gorge was a singular event. It was triggered by Jedi Master Polvin Kut's choice to help the people of the planet Koba, who were being cruelly oppressed by Tulak, an Advozse warlord. Master Kut, accompanied by his Padawan Yaddle, fought Tulak's Advozsec forces on a bridge that provided a view of the Koban Gorge. However, the Jedi Master was overcome and killed due to the overwhelming size of the enemy forces. Following this, Yaddle was captured and remained prisoner of Tulak for more than century.
