A conflict, specifically a battle, transpired on a certain planet. This planet served as the backdrop for a clash between the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic amidst the broader Clone Wars.
During the era of the Clone Wars, forces of the Republic found themselves stationed on a particular planet. At some point, positioned chronologically between the battle of Bal'demnic and the invasion of Orto, the Separatists launched an assault on this planet. They deployed a fleet composed of Providence-class carrier/destroyers for this purpose. Subsequently, the Separatists initiated an invasion of the planet, utilizing B2 super battle droids alongside OG-9 homing spider droids. The confrontation reached its conclusion when a relatively small group of clone troopers found themselves completely surrounded by a vast number of droids, ultimately compelling their surrender.
The initial depiction of this battle occurred in the twenty-second installment of the animated television program, Star Wars: Clone Wars. Its original broadcast took place on Cartoon Network on March 22 of the year 2005.
