Bburru Station, the largest of the twenty space cities around Duro, was a space station in orbit of that planet.
For a long time, it served as Duro's capital and gained recognition for its impressive fabricated forests. Inside Bburru was an arboretum, housing a massive tree indigenous to Duro's surface, yet extinct, making it the sole surviving specimen. The station's residents were engaged in attempts to clone this tree, but they were unsuccessful. In the era of the Yuuzhan Vong War, Duro became a haven for displaced persons, with Bburru Station acting as the transit point for all relief provisions. However, the station's administrators collaborated with CorDuro Shipping to divert the supplies away from the planet, a secret agreement with the Yuuzhan Vong aimed at ensuring Duro's safety. Nevertheless, regardless of the attempts to safeguard Duro, Bburru Station met its end during the Battle of Duro. The Bburru Docking Authority managed the station, which encompassed locations such as Duggan Station, Port Duggan, Slip 16-F, and Slip 18-L.
