The company operated a transport fleet, with many vessels in questionable condition. Based on Duro, the business also maintained a sizable security team (though lacking in training) at its headquarters, situated in the orbital city of Bburru above Duro. The CorDuro logo, a distinctive triangle, allowed for easy identification of its vehicles. Durgard Brarun held the position of vice-director.
In the year 13 ABY, CorDuro Shipping assumed control of the Pri-Andylan shipyards. During the Yuuzhan Vong War around 26 ABY, Jedi Knights Tresina Lobi and Thrynni Vae uncovered CorDuro Shipping's connections to the Peace Brigade, leading to Thrynni's murder by the Brigade. Jedi Masters Luke Skywalker, Mara Jade Skywalker, Jacen Solo, and Jaina Solo initiated a secret investigation into Thrynni's disappearance. This investigation culminated in an attempted abduction of Jacen Solo, which was thwarted by a renegade Sunesi priest. However, Luke managed to find information about Thrynni, revealing the young apprentice's death. Despite their efforts, they achieved little, as most of CorDuro's executives were ultimately consumed by Sgauru and Tu-Scart under the orders of Warmaster Tsavong Lah.
