Bethava Rocwyn, a woman of human descent, held the rank of admiral within the Imperial forces of the Galactic Empire. She commanded the Star Destroyer known as the Authority and was stationed in the Five Points system during the Imperial Era. In the year 1 BBY, following coercion, the human Jyn Erso consented to collaborate with the Empire. Her task was to assist Rocwyn in tracking down a group of rebel team conducting operations within the Five Points system. Upon Erso's successful location of the rebels, Rocwyn placed them, along with Erso herself, under arrest.
