Biliril, possessing a connection to the Force, held the rank of Jedi. As an experienced Padawan within the Jedi Order, this Padawan resided at the Jedi Temple located on Coruscant throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. After the battle of Kothlis, Biliril, along with a Padawan companion, Dorf, and their Master, Taria Damsin, gathered for a late-night meal in one of the Temple dining halls. While they were eating, Jedi Anakin Skywalker came into the empty space and took a seat by himself, because he wasn't willing to talk about what happened on Kothlis.
