Bis Refinery, a refinery for fuel products, was situated on the Pnakotic Coast of the planet Savareen. Following damage inflicted by Crimson Dawn, the Savarians managed to restore some of the refinery's equipment. To avoid attracting notice, their operations remained small-scale, but they occasionally processed high-value materials like coaxium for smugglers who had pilfered it from Kessel. The Savarians made their homes within the dilapidated factory structures, repurposing the storage silos as dwellings. During 10 BBY, the refinery workers assisted Beckett's gang in transferring their unprocessed coaxium to the facility.
