Black Nebula, a fleeting splinter group originating from Black Sun, emerged following the demise of Xizor. This organization was commanded by Dequc, a Black Sun operative of the Jeodu species at a lower rank, who adopted the title of "Prince" after Xizor's passing. Located within the Bubble Cliffs of the planet Qiaxx, Black Nebula's base of operations attracted numerous Jeodu individuals to its ranks. Furthermore, Black Nebula assimilated various remaining factions of Black Sun. The group ceased to exist in 4.5 ABY when Mara Jade, in her last mission for the deceased Emperor, eliminated Dequc along with other prominent figures, obliterated the Black Nebula headquarters, and subsequently provided Imperial authorities with enough intelligence to eliminate all remaining members.
