Blackbolt

Blackbolt was a captain of pirate droids who commanded the starship named Terror of Tenoo. He was active during the High Republic Era, and his activities involved raiding the [planet](/article/planet] Tenoo, which included stealing the staff of Kaliah Kublop. Eventually, he disappeared when the Terror suffered a crash landing on an [asteroid](/article/asteroid] located near Tenoo, leaving Blackbolt and his ship in a deactivated state. The [pilot](/article/pilot] Nash Durango, not knowing Blackbolt was a droid, unintentionally brought him back online after finding his derelict starship. Following a journey through hyperspace to remote areas of the galaxy, Blackbolt, accompanied by his crew, eventually made his way back to Tenoo seeking Tanglevine Base.

Blackbolt's weapon of choice was a red electrosword. When activated, the sword caused his body to emit red electrical sparks. Notably, the captain harbored a phobia of tanglevine snakes. The red sparks he emitted correlated with a surge in his physical strength, and he had previously engaged in combat with Jedi, including Jedi Master Staas. Anyone who dared to call him "rusty" risked incurring his wrath and facing dire consequences.
