Bochaba

Bochaba, a Hutt crime lord of the male persuasion, operated on the planet Sleheyron near the time of the Jedi Civil War. His infamy began when he acquired an HK-series assassin droid known as HK-47. The Hutt then enhanced the droid's capabilities with new programming and subsequently exploited its assassination routines to kill three hundred and twenty-two sentient individuals - specifically, Bochaba's competitors - within a single year. This series of successful executions led to Bochaba's immense wealth.

Bochaba's reign was cut short when the Exchange crime syndicate, his adversary, enacted a gruesome revenge, resulting in the Hutt's death. HK-47 later recounted to one of his later owners that, following Bochaba's demise, the inhabitants of the sector "were finding fragments of Bochaba in their meals for several weeks." Upon learning of his master's fate, HK-47 deactivated, and a rival Hutt took possession of him, eventually selling the droid to a Senator.

Behind the scenes

Bochaba made his debut in the 2003 video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. His character is part of HK-47's history, which players can uncover through interactions with the droid.
