Bodrin

Bodrin, situated on the Elrood-Derilyn Trade Route within the Bodrin system of the Elrood sector, was a planet characterized by its rocky and mountainous terrain. The impoverished population toiled for the Elrood Quarry Corporation. The bodrite mines were fully operational in summer, but were compelled to cease operations during the five months of winter. The absence of weapons, coupled with the close-knit nature of the small towns, resulted in a low crime rate on Bodrin. Throughout the Clone Wars, Bodrin was located inside Separatist territory. The vessel known as the Shining Comet, en route to the planet carrying miners, was assaulted by Consolidations Unlimited.
