Bokrea

The Bokrea was a Chiss Ascendancy navy patrol cruiser. Admiral Ar'alani extended an invitation for it to participate in Senior Captain Thrawn's final engagement. During that battle, the Bokrea fought alongside the Chiss warship Parala in a confrontation against a Grysk Prism-class BattleChief.

History

Senior Captain Thrawn controlled the Bokrea's actions during the battle over Sunrise.

Admiral Ar'alani of the Vigilant, a Nightdragon man-of-war class vessel, contacted many former subordinates, including the patrol cruiser Bokrea, to join the defense after Mid Captain Samakro positioned the Chiss heavy cruiser Springhawk above the planet Sunrise in anticipation of a battle with the Grysk and the Kilji Illumine. During the ensuing conflict, the Bokrea and the Parala engaged a Grysk Prism-class BattleChief. Senior Captain Thrawn then ordered them to disengage so that Senior Captain Ziinda of the warship Grayshrike could launch an attack on the BattleChief, deploying breacher's and plasma sphere's into its structure. Following this attack, the Bokrea and the Parala resumed their assault on the Grysk warship. After the Chiss achieved victory at Senior Captain Thrawn's last stand, Senior Captain Ziinda recommended to Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet Supreme General Ba'kif that Mid Captain Apros be promoted to Senior Captain and be given his own command, suggesting the Bokrea as a potential vessel for him.
