Bpfasshi
The Bpfasshi represented a humanoid species deeply intertwined with the religion of the Truthsayers of Bpfassh. Back in 382 BBY, a Truthsayer, who was one member of this species, challenged Ran Yaltan for his false claims of being a Truthsayer within the Holy City located on the moon of Jedha.
Behind the scenes
The Bpfasshi's initial appearance in Canon was in Cavan Scott's first issue of the Star Wars: The High Republic comic series from 2022. Their Star Wars Legends debut occurred much earlier, in Timothy Zahn's 1991 novel, Heir to the Empire.
