The Bracelet of the Sutro was a bracelet constructed from metal and possessed by the pirate Maz Kanata. Approximately three decades following the Battle of Endor, she had the bracelet adorned on her arm when the smuggler Han Solo arrived at her castle located on the planet [Takodana] (/article/takodana) on that particular day. The bracelet was worn by her on her right wrist.
This bracelet made its initial appearance as part of a costume in the 2015 film Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens. While it was not named within the film itself, the reference book Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, penned by Pablo Hidalgo, identified it; the book was released one day following the movie's release.
