Rynalla wearing the Bracers Forged by Najus, a Sith artisan, the Bracers of Najus were Sith artifacts. Driven by a personal vendetta and seeking vengeance against the Jedi Order, Najus sought to create an object that could harness the power of the dark side of the Force, thereby amplifying the strength of the darksider who possessed it. His efforts culminated in the creation of the intricately designed Bracers of Najus. These bracers augmented the wielder's dark side abilities when used against followers of the light side. However, should the target of an attack tap into the dark side of the Force themselves, the Bracers would empower the target instead of the user.
The Bracers of Najus vanished after a Sith vessel suffered a crash on the planet called Leritor. The Sith occupants managed to survive the crash and tried to dominate the native Sauvax species. Despite their efforts, the Sith did not prosper on Leritor, and the Bracers were ultimately lost within the wreckage of the crashed ship, partially concealed within the Bleaks mountain range.
Many centuries later, Profex Rynalla, a dark side adept and scholar of Human descent, uncovered clues that led her to Leritor in search of the Bracers. With a group of Klatooinians in tow, she secretly journeyed to the planet to retrieve the valuable Sith relic. Upon arriving on Leritor, Rynalla resorted to kidnapping and enslaving both Sauvax and Human settlers, forcing them to engage in mining operations. Although she successfully located the Bracers, she was soon defeated by individuals investigating the disappearances of her slaves.
