Bree Menaren, a Scalvi child of young age, resided on the world of Turrak in the time of the High Republic Era. The Jedi Master known as Yoda aided him and his family as they faced the threat of Crulkon marauders.
Living with his family on Turrak, a planet situated in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy, was a Scalvi boy named Bree Menaren, during the High Republic Era. His village fell victim to an attack by Crulkon raiders. The Scalvi began searching for methods of self-defense. Bree discovered remnants of a destroyed starship. He endeavored to repair it, successfully restoring its communication system. When the raiders resurfaced, Bree hurried to the ship and transmitted a distress signal to the capital planet, Coruscant, requesting assistance. The Scalvi people bravely defended their home throughout the day. As evening approached, Jedi Master Yoda arrived on Turrak and engaged the Crulkon raiders in combat. Menaren, intending to strike down an unconscious raider with an ax, was stopped by Yoda. After the Scalvi's victory, the Jedi chose to remain on Turrak with the Scalvi. Bree and the other villagers celebrated with a feast, complete with dancing around a bonfire.
Soon after, the Scalvi constructed a watchtower to bolster their defenses. Trikk, positioned atop the tower, inadvertently dislodged some boards. Bree noticed a young Scalvi standing at the base of the tower and intervened to shield him from the falling debris. Yoda, utilizing the Force, halted the wreckage, saving the lives of both children.
