The Capital, a landspeeder design, originated from Tirsa Wargear. It saw production during the Galactic War, a conflict that pitted the Galactic Republic against the Sith Empire.

The Tirsa Capital made its debut in the Star Wars: The Old Republic video game on June 9, 2015. It was introduced as part of the Mid Rim Explorer's Pack available on the Cartel Market.
