Cash Garrulan, a male Twi'lek, rose to become the most influential crime lord on Murkhana, having previously served as a Vigo within the Black Sun organization. His secret base was situated beneath a derelict structure in the southern part of Murkhana City.
In the time leading up to the Clone Wars, Roan Shryne's attempt to dismantle Garrulan's criminal network took an unexpected turn when they forged an alliance, with Garrulan providing Shryne with intelligence about the Separatist forces' growing strength.
After his departure from Black Sun and subsequent retreat to Murkhana, Garrulan maintained his connection with Shryne, an arrangement sanctioned by the Jedi High Council. Following the execution of Order 66, Cash played a crucial role in the escape of Roan Shryne and Olee Starstone from Murkhana, alerting them to the attack on the Jedi Temple. He created a diversion with the Dead Ringer while secretly helping the two Jedi flee aboard a CloakShape fighter.
Shortly after deploying a booster ring to enable the Jedi's CloakShape fighter to enter hyperspace, Cash himself fled the system using his SoroSuub Skiff.
Garrulan managed to escape Murkhana. However, the Imperials relentlessly pursued him, ultimately leading to his demise.
