Ceptor (Moff)

Ceptor, a Moff within the ranks of the reconstituted Sith Empire, played a role in the Great Galactic War opposing the Galactic Republic. He supervised the Battle of Rordak from aboard a battlecruiser; however, the Republic's Bouris Ulgo, leading the charge, directly infiltrated and seized Ceptor's vessel, guaranteeing triumph for the Republic forces.
