The Chagrasi Remnant designated a specific area within the Grumani sector. This region was previously governed by the Sith Lord known as Chagras, forming a part of what was called the Chagras Hegemony.
After Chagras's death in the year 1040 BBY, the majority of the star systems under his dominion were seized by rival Sith Lords. Nevertheless, certain systems resisted these incursions and became collectively known as the Chagrasi Remnant. By 1032 BBY, the Jedi Master named Vannar Treece expressed doubt as to whether the designation "Chagrasi Remnant" indicated a genuine Sith power structure, or simply an area that had remained unconquered amidst the ongoing conflicts between the Sith Lords.
