The Chancellor Fillorean, a luxury yacht, was built on Coruscant and operated as a cruise ship traversing the Core Worlds. With its multiple decks and sleek, silver hull, it catered to the galaxy's elite. Its final voyage occurred in 3963 BBY, when it vanished for weeks within the Core's stellar nurseries. By chance, Jedi Zayne Carrick and the crew of the Hot Prospect stumbled upon the adrift Fillorean. Upon boarding, they found only a droid and its Bimm owner, Toki Tollivar. They learned that Tollivar had murdered all of the Fillorean's passengers. Rohlan Dyre shot Tollivar before he could do the same to the Hot Prospect's crew, making Tollivar the last to perish on the Fillorean.
The Fillorean was a gleaming metallic starship characterized by its streamlined hull design, which narrowed towards the back. A yellow half-sun symbol adorned its bow, and it was propelled by twin engines at the rear. The Fillorean was outfitted with a lavish interior, providing complete amenities for thirty passengers in addition to the ship's personnel.
The Chancellor Fillorean served for a period as a cruise vessel, providing transport and tours throughout the Core Worlds. It then disappeared while carrying thirty affluent passengers. Given the unlikelihood of a ship getting lost within the well-charted lanes of the Core Worlds, many presumed the disappearance was due to piracy or some other catastrophe.
After several weeks of being missing, Zayne Carrick and his crew aboard the Hot Prospect located the vessel within a stellar nursery. The nebula's interference prevented any signals from the ship from being received. Slyssk unlocked the airlock, and the crew entered. They discovered that while the ship still contained breathable air, the crew and passengers appeared to have died from asphyxiation. While searching the ship, they discovered the sole survivor, Toki Tollivar, along with his droid, K-OB7. Tollivar claimed to have hidden in his quarters after the initial deaths, professing ignorance of the events that transpired.
While the rest of the crew of the Hot Prospect were occupied with moving bodies, Slyssk went to the kitchen to prepare food. Zayne, sensing something through the Force, found Slyssk in the process of suffocating, similar to the others. Zayne, Jarael, and Rohlan Dyre performed a tracheotomy to save his life. Zayne initially suspected K-OB7, but then realized that he had underestimated Tollivar's capacity for such atrocities due to his small size. Upon confronting Tollivar, he confirmed that he was a Sith Acolyte. On the Chancellor Fillorean's main deck, they dueled. After Toki Tollivar's defeat, the crew of the Hot Prospect informed Republic officials of the ship's condition and location.
