The Chardaan system, a star system, resided within the Inner Rim and was positioned along the Hydian Way hyperspace route. Within this system were Chardaan itself, along with its associated shipyards. A rebel cell had a base of operations in the system, offering refuge to freighter pilot Lantra Tan while she was trying to evade the bounty that had been placed on her.
