Cix Trouvee

Cix Trouvee was a human male gambler and pilot who operated the YT-1300 light freighter known as the Millennium Falcon in the time leading up to the Galactic Civil War. In the year 5 BBY, he participated in the battle of Yag'Dhul, placing bets on the conflict's outcome in a competition organized by a group of Hutts. The Galactic Empire discovered the gambling operation and, mistakenly believing they were providing information to the insurgents, launched an assault. Trouvee escaped aboard the Millennium Falcon alongside his copilot, Waglin. During their escape, the Imperial flagship, named the Desolator, fired upon them, inadvertently destroying two TIE fighters, which increased the count by two beyond what Trouvee had wagered. With numerous creditors pursuing him, Trouvee made the decision to enter the Cloud City Sabacc Tournament, where he ultimately lost his ship to Lando Calrissian. However, his fortunes changed for the better afterward, and he experienced a period of great luck. Sometime after the Second Galactic Civil War, Trouvee rose to the position of vice president at Planet Dreams, Incorporated. Trouvee's death occurred in 43 ABY.
