LothalNet comm tower E-272 during the Imperial Era
A communication tower served as a structure to facilitate transmissions. Lothal featured several of these structures, such as Comm Tower E-234 and LothalNet comm tower E-272, which became the residence of Ezra Bridger following its abandonment. The primary communication tower belonging to the Galactic Empire on the planet was later obliterated under the orders of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin after the Spectres took control of it. Communication towers were also located on planets like Lah'mu and Wrea.
