Consul

Consul was the designation given to the Espirion Rill, a member of the Rill species, on the planet Espirion where he lived. When envoys representing Princess Leia Organa journeyed to Espirion to engage with the Alderaanian people residing there, Rill facilitated an encounter between them and Chief Beon Beonel, who was the Alder-Espirion leader.
