Corridor ghoul

Corridor ghouls were entities inhabiting the sewer systems of the planet Coruscant's underworld. A family of Imperial defectors had an encounter with a corridor ghoul circa 3 ABY as they were trying to flee the Coruscant underworld police. Although Bevelyn used a blaster to kill the ghoul, the police officers were made aware of their presence. Shortly thereafter, Luke Skywalker, the rebel Jedi Padawan who had traveled to Coruscant with the purpose of saving the family, summoned several corridor ghouls to assault the police, thereby facilitating the escape of himself and the family.
