A Southern Mustafarian named Criakan resided on the planet Mustafar. This individual spearheaded an assault against the fortress belonging to Darth Vader; however, the Sith Lord ultimately terminated him.
Criakan's initial appearance was within a flashback sequence featured in the 2018 canon comic book, Star Wars Adventures: Tales from Vader's Castle 5. Cavan Scott was the writer, and Charles Paul Wilson III provided the illustrations. Scott mentioned that he and Wilson had conversations regarding the appearance of a Southern Mustafarian when not wearing their helmet, and they also developed a brief history for Criakan.
