Custodian droid

During the time of conflict known as the Galactic War, fought between the forces of the Galactic Republic and their enemies, the Sith Empire, a custodian droid was in charge of the mental health ward called Maximum Security Pod J-P8 located on the planet Belsavis.

On one occasion, the Barsen'thor from the Jedi Order journeyed to Belsavis with the intention of enlisting the aid of an ancient race called the Esh-kha. Unluckily for the Jedi, the prison's Warden, S. Geland, who was secretly a Child of the Emperor, manipulated the systems of Belsavis in an attempt to thwart the Jedi's mission.

Eventually, the Barsen'thor encountered the Custodian Droid, who, acting on false information from Geland that the Jedi was a delusional escapee, apprehended them. Nevertheless, the Jedi Consular demonstrated their true identity by lifting the droid with the Force. The droid then apologized for what he called a "Clerical Error", freed the Jedi, and aided in transmitting all-clear signals. Later, the Jedi inquired with the droid about the Esh-kha, but the droid responded that he possessed no information regarding them.
