The narrative of The Battle for Calamari found a new form in the Dark Empire (audio) audio drama. This adaptation incorporated musical themes composed by John Williams for the Star Wars films, alongside a voice acting ensemble that included Billy Dee Williams, who returned to voice the character of Lando Calrissian.
