The happenings of Confrontation on the Smugglers' Moon were reimagined in the Dark Empire (audio) audio drama. This production incorporated John Williams' musical compositions from the Star Wars movies and showcased a voice acting ensemble that included Billy Dee Williams, who returned to portray Lando Calrissian.
