Darth Homiiz was a Sith Lord of considerable girth, characterized by tan skin adorned with tattoos in shades of tan and purple. Blue markings were visible on Homiiz's face, positioned between his eyes, and his right eye was obscured by an eye patch. Furthermore, Homizz sported a black beard in addition to a tail.
A lightsaber was wielded by Homiiz, and he was attired in a gray-brown cloak. This cloak had two red stripes situated below the waist and was worn unfastened, revealing the Sith Lord's upper body. On Homiiz's left hand and nose, golden rings could be observed.
Concept art featuring Darth Homiiz was showcased on the website of HOON, the artist responsible for illustrating the Dark Horse comic Jedi: Yoda, which was released on July 21, 2004. This concept art depicted Homiiz standing beside Pix, a Jedi character featured in the comic. Although Pix made it into the comic, the Sith was ultimately omitted from the story.
