Darth Krayt's throne room was situated close to the summit of the Sith's private tower, which itself was erected on top of the Temple of the Sith located on Coruscant.
A brief hallway existed outside the throne room, leading from a series of turbolifts and culminating at the substantial durasteel doors that prevented entry. The throne room beyond these doors was stark and somber, illuminated solely by the red lights embedded in the black walls, as well as a sizable circular window. Directly opposite the window stood the Dark Lord's throne, a simple stone seat, accompanied by a stand on its left side for Krayt's mask.
The hall was a circular room, adorned only with a podium positioned across from the entrance. A glass case rested on top, containing the lightsaber that once belonged to Cade's father, Kol Skywalker, serving as a reminder of the downfall of a powerful Jedi. Krayt recounted his past to Cade Skywalker within these very walls, and unveiled his former identity as a Jedi.
During one of Cade's sessions, the Temple suffered an attack by Morrigan Corde and Cade's old comrades. After Darth Nihl and Darth Talon were defeated by Cade, who had reclaimed his father's lightsaber, the last Skywalker descendant propelled himself through the Tower's window, landing on his personal spacecraft, piloted by his allies.
A more secluded and fortified chamber was located below the throne room. In this space, Krayt occupied a colossal stasis throne, attended by the ever-loyal Darth Wyyrlok. A large holoscreen was situated in front of the throne, constantly displaying message updates and images to the Dark Lord.
The Embrace of Pain chamber, where Cade Skywalker was scheduled to be tortured in the Embrace, was located far beneath the throne room.
