The laboratory belonging to the Sith Lord Darth Sanguis could be found far beneath the Sith Citadel situated on the planet of Exegol.
Within the complex, meticulously hewn tunnels far beneath the Sith Citadel on the planet Exegol, a world steeped in Sith history, was the laboratory of the Sith Lord Darth Sanguis. Rat-grubs populated the space. Ancient Sith runes adorned the walls, and the floor, now layered with dust and debris, once displayed a symbolic pattern of interconnected circles.
Obsidian surfaces were cluttered with bottles and jars containing unidentified concoctions, while crumbling tomes, their covers made of cracked hide and coated in spiderwebs, rested on a warped wooden shelf. A mirror was positioned at the edge of one of the obsidian workbenches. Another workbench held the remains of a disintegrated book containing designs resembling structures on Malachor. Suspended in a tank filled with an unknown, filthy substance, was the putrefied remains of what had once been a living being.
Darth Noctyss, another Sith Lord, discovered the laboratory and notes pertaining to the ritual of Darth Sanguis deep below the Sith Citadel on the planet Exegol. After extensive study, she completed the three-day ritual, sacrificing Sanguis. The ritual transformed her into a creature similar to Sanguis, revealing that her servant, whom she realized was Sanguis, had manipulated her to free himself from his immortal fate.
