Daushoroc was an Eirrauc. Alongside another Eirrauc, Tamoss, he facilitated their joint escape from Imperial slavery. After securing other slaves on a secure planet, they ventured out independently.
At some point during the Galactic Civil War, Daushoroc and Tamoss transitioned into merchants specializing in gems and uncommon artifacts. They journeyed to Tatooine with the intention of locating the wreckage of the Athallian Messenger. To gain entry to the section of desert rumored to conceal the ship's remnants, they negotiated an agreement with a Tusken Raiders tribe.
