Davin Bryce was a male human who held the rank of captain and was in command of the Stormbringer, an _Imperial_-class Star Destroyer. A battalion of stormtroopers captured the rebel, Luke Skywalker, with the intention of bringing him before Bryce aboard the Stormbringer for interrogation. During Leia Organa's rescue attempt, the Stormbringer met its end because Bryce neglected to raise the shields in time to defend against the Ishi Tib fleet's assault.
