Dborian, also identified as Lazerian V, was the fifth planet in the Lazerian system. This world orbited Lazerian, a yellow star. It was situated within the Kira sector, which is found in the Trailing Sectors area of the Expansion Region. Dborian, like the rest of the Lazerian system, was located on both the Harrin Trade Corridor and the Kira Run hyperlanes.
The planetary surface exhibited a rocky and desolate terrain, and the planet had two moons in orbit. Its atmosphere was classified as Type II, making breath masks advisable for survival. The inhabitants of Lazerian IV conducted a survey of Dborian at some point in its history. Eventually, the world was utilized as a mining colony, but it remained otherwise devoid of permanent inhabitants.
John Terra conceived Dborian, and it was first featured in Twin Stars of Kira. This was a 1993 sourcebook supplementing Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games. The planet's name appeared as "Dhorian" in one instance within the book due to a typographical error. The 2009 source The Essential Atlas specified the Lazerian system's location, and thus Dborian's, as grid square N-15.
