Deelguh, a Rodian assassin and rogue Jedi of male gender, formerly served the Jedi Order in the initial years of the Galactic Republic. While a Padawan, he underwent training with Taradon from Corellia, but Deelguh later turned against the Order, gathering many troops to steal kyber crystals. When they raided the Jedi planet Ilum, Deelguh's troops clashed with a group led by the Jedi Taradon. In this fight, Taradon, realizing Deelguh was almost as good a piloting as him, deliberately crashed his starfighter into Deelguh's ship, resulting in the destruction of both vehicles.
