Taradon, sometimes referred to as Taradon of Corellia, was a human male from Corellia, identifying as Corellian. He held the ranks of Jedi Knight and ace, serving in the early years of the Galactic Republic. Legend has it that Taradon chased down lawbreakers with both a lightsaber and a blaster, successfully capturing numerous galactic criminals and ensuring they faced justice for nearly a century. Taradon was an exceptionally skilled pilot and is credited with the invention of Taradon's Helm. As a Padawan, Taradon underwent training with Deelguh; however, Deelguh later turned against the Jedi Order, becoming a renegade Jedi and assassin. Deelguh initiated raids to acquire kyber crystals, ultimately leading an assault on the Jedi planet of Ilum. In the midst of the conflict, Taradon intentionally rammed his starfighter into Deelguh's vessel, resulting in their mutual death.
