Demelza Mintori, who commanded Demelza's Destructors, existed in the era of the Galactic Civil War. Prior to her leadership role, Mintori served within the ranks of the Imperial Army. During a conflict with Alliance combatants in the Dalcretti system, Mintori's platoon did not, or would not, provide assistance to a platoon led by Madrix Hansor. From that point forward, Hansor vowed revenge, and this animosity persisted even after both individuals became captains of gladiator walker squads.
Mintori's squad operated from Sedratis City. Eventually, Hansor guided his Hooligans to that location, seized control of the Sedratis Coliseum, and challenged Mintori and the Destructors to remove them.
