The Sedratis Coliseum stood within Sedratis City, which itself was located in the Sedratis system. During the era of the Galactic Civil War, the Core Gladiator Walker League team known as Hansor's Hooligans made their way to the city—the very place where their rival team, Demelza's Destructors, called home—and established themselves at the Sedratis Coliseum. Following this, the Hooligans dared the Destructors to try and remove them from the structure, resulting in an overwhelming surge of fans eager to witness the confrontation, causing electronic ticketing systems to be overloaded within the next twelve hours.
The Sedratis Coliseum was a building situated in Sedratis City, a settlement found within the Core Worlds' Sedratis system.

During the time of the Galactic Civil War, Hansor's Hooligans, a team in the Core Gladiator Walker League and led by Madrix Hansor, formulated a plan to personally challenge their fierce rivals, Demelza's Destructors, whose captain was Demelza Mintori. Having secretly arranged the details with local promoters many months prior, the Hooligans—to the surprise of the public—arrived in Sedratis City, the Destructors' home city, and took up residence in the Sedratis Coliseum sometime between 0 ABY and 3 ABY. Subsequently, Hansor's team dared Mintori's team to attempt to remove Hansor.
In the period that followed, lasting less than twelve hours, the high demand from excited sports fans eager to spend over five hundred credits on tickets to witness the face-off between the two teams had already overwhelmed the electronic ticketing systems; a complete sellout was anticipated by the evening of the following day. On the day after the Hooligans issued their challenge, the event at the Sedratis Coliseum was referenced in a news report, which was later included in the fiftieth-anniversary edition of Galladinium's Galactic Datalog of Fantastic Technology.
The Sedratis Coliseum received a mention in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a 1995 sourcebook penned by Rick D. Stuart for use with Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game from West End Games.
