Teppler, a dark-haired Human male, possessed features that were perceived as both unremarkable and attractive, and inspired trust. Teppler employed this individual to safeguard himself from scrutiny by fellow Corellian politicians who started watching him amidst the Corellian system's Five Worlds government's war against the Galactic Alliance. The surveillance intended for Teppler occasionally tracked the double back to Teppler's residence in Coronet City, which enabled the Minister to travel without being followed.
