During the Clone Wars, a male Ukian from the planet Ukio, named Destor, worked as an aide to the Liege. Known for his gloomy disposition, Destor was present when a team from the Galactic Republic, headed by the Zabrak Padawan Tyzen Xebec, arrived to assess Ukio's defensive capabilities. Before the visiting Republicans began their inspection, the assistant intervened to prevent the Liege from causing offense to them.
In the era of the Clone Wars, Destor, a male Ukian, resided on Ukio. He functioned as an assistant for the planet's leader, the Liege. The world faced an evaluation of its considerable defense systems, prompted by suspicions from the Galactic Republic's agents, the Jedi, that the Confederacy of Independent Systems had targeted the planet. Destor went with the Liege to a meeting held with the inspection team, and secured the meeting location per the Liege's request. The Ukian confirmed that there were no disturbances to report.
Padawan Tyzen Xebec of the Jedi led the Republic's delegation. The Liege was surprised by this, nearly making a rude remark before Destor stepped in, implying that his master was impressed by the young Zabrak. Xebec then chose to confer with the Ukian workers, while his clone troopers, under the command of Clone Commander Ganch, would examine the defense installations. The Republic's forces later repelled a Confederacy incursion, but the resulting turmoil led to the removal of Destor's Liege from power. Ultimately, agents of the Confederacy simply acquired a controlling share in the planet, placing it directly under their dominion.
The first appearance of Destor was in the webcomic The Clone Wars: Act on Instinct, penned by Pablo Hidalgo and released in 2009. He was presented in the webcomic's sixth installment, with artwork by Thomas Hodges.
