Around the year 3642 BBY, Darth Baras tasked his apprentice with the mission to eradicate the key strategic minds of the Galactic Republic's War Trust. Following the implementation of Plan Zero, Darth Baras, under orders from his master Darth Vengean, received the directive to neutralize the Republic's top military commanders, setting the stage for the impending Galactic War against the Sith Empire. Baras then commanded his Sith apprentice, who had just achieved the rank of Sith Lord, to journey to the planet Taris and assassinate the four military figures that constituted the War Trust.
