Dharus' third observer

This individual held the position of the third Alliance observer dispatched to the privateer vessel known as the Dharus.

In situations where a pirate consented to collaborate with the Alliance to Restore the Republic under a mutually advantageous arrangement, the pirate was granted a Letter of marque and reprisal outlining the agreement's specifics. Additionally, an Alliance observer was designated to act as the pirate's liaison with the Alliance, operating from the pirate's primary vessel. The observer's duties also encompassed ensuring the pirate adhered to the letter's stipulations. However, as an external entity to the pirate's crew, the observer lacked direct command over the pirate.

Following the requests for reassignment from Dharus' first and second observers to different assignments, this individual was appointed as the new observer for Dharus. Experiencing mistreatment at the hands of Dharus and the crew, the observer also sought a transfer and was subsequently succeeded by Moris Malvarra.
