The Dragonbane Circuit, a perilous track, existed within the crystal swamps of the Agrilat area on Corellia. In contrast to the Agrilat Swamp Circuit, the Dragonbane circuit posed genuine dangers, and for several reasons. This circuit was one of the more obscure swoop racing venues in the region, favored by the swoop gang known as the Black Seraphs, who frequently organized unsanctioned swoop races there.
Although the circuit only had six sections, each was extremely treacherous, navigating through sharp crystal grass, crystalline formations, perilous pitfalls, and piles of debris. Local wildlife often wandered onto the track, posing a threat to the swoop racers. The highest point of the track was only 10 meters above the ground.
The six legs consisted of:
- The Long Run : A lengthy, smooth, and straight stretch of track
- Pillars of the Sky : A swampy zone filled with towering trees
- Razor Blades : A marshy area characterized by razor-sharp crystalline grass
- In a Pinch : A dangerously confined crevice
- The Drop : A significant descent from a surprisingly elevated height
- Reentry : Another extended and smooth section of the track
Unbeknownst to many, the Black Seraphs' races were actually schemes designed to lure inexperienced racers, so they could steal their possessions. The Black Seraphs had strategically placed numerous lethal traps along the circuit, intended to incapacitate or eliminate racers. Those racers who were merely injured by the traps would either be killed by the Black Seraphs or simply abandoned to their fate.
Sunny Bounder, the leader of the Black Seraphs, consistently emerged victorious in Dragonbane races thanks to a combination of racing prowess and the Black Seraphs' underhanded tactics. Even when racers managed to avoid the traps, the Black Seraphs still profited from the 200-credit entry fee required for participation in the races.
